For this project I was required to redesign packaging for a brand and make it more sustainable. Below are some pictures of the mockup I made for Ardell lashes as this lash packaging can be quite wasteful with all the plastic that the lashes are incased in to protect them.

I redesigned the the packaging to be made with biodegradable material. The exterior of the box is made with 100% wood pulp paper at 300 gsm. The wood pulp paper is created using low carbon foot print miling and is biodegradable as well as FSC-certified.

The clear window to be able to see the lashes is mad eof bio-plastic which is made of renewable resources such as corn starch, vegetable fats and wood chips and is also biodegradable
